What forms of payments do you accept? TOP

I accept all major credit cards through Pay Pal. If you are not comfortable paying online I also will accept money orders .Please contact me so I can send you an address to mail it to

New York State residents will be charged sales tax

What are your shipping policies? TOP

I ship Priority Mail and charge a flat fee of $5.50 for orders under $30.00 and Free shipping for orders over

Canadian Parcel Post and USPS Global Priority are a flat rate of $10.00

If you would like to insure your package please drop me a note and I'll send you an invoice for the insurance.

When should I expect my jewelry? TOP

Here at It all about the jewels I do not stock items.Meaning I custom make each piece with your specifications. With that in mind please allow 10-14 business days for shipment. A bit longer for large orders. In the rare case that your design choice is out of stock you will be notified immediately. 

All pieces will be shipped in my signature box ready for gift giving.

 If you need your order ASAP please contact me before ordering to see if I can accommodate your needs.

Will my jewelry look exactly as the photo? TOP

Because I allow for custom sizing there will be a slight variation but the basic design will be the same.

Do you take custom orders? TOP

Absolutely! In fact there is nothing I enjoy more than working with my customers to get the perfect"one of a kind" jewelry piece you were dreaming of. Please contact me for more details

Do you accept returns? TOP

First let me state that I take tremendous pride in my work. I'm very meticulous when picking out my materials to ensure only the best quality is used. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please return it within 30 days for a refund or store credit. The jewelry must be in its original condition and unworn. For health reasons earrings are non-returnable

Jewelry must be return in its orginal packaging and must be insured.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Sale items are final sale and are not returnable

What is your warranty policies? TOP

 I make all my jewelry strong and durable but nothing is unbreakable. Therefore I am always happy to make repairs if they are necessary.I will repair any item for free for 6 months after that there will be a small labor and supplies fee. As most of our items are one of a kind or limited edition the materials may not be available at time of repair. I will do my absolute best to find the most similar material to ensure your jewelry looks the way you purchased it.PLease contact us on how to return the piece.

What is your privacy policy? TOP
Simply stated I will never ever share your information with anyone unless I am forced to by law.Period.

How do I care for my jewelry? TOP

  • You should keep your jewelry in an airtight container to minimize  tarnish.
  • Always put on your jewelry after puttiing on your makeup and perfume.
  • Try to avoid exposing your jewlery to househols chemicals
  • To clean your silver use a polishing cloth do not use a dip as it may remove some of the darkened details. to clean your stones use a toothbrush and a tiny drop of dish soap.Rinse with warm water.

Can I still get a item marked"Out of Stock" ? TOP
 If you love an item but it's marked out of stock, just contact me. There is a good chance I'll still be able to get the materials needed for the piece.
